Shutters On The Banks Hotel Kill Devil Hills, Kill Devil Hills

My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were clean and had plenty of towels and pillows, and the bed was comfortable, although the view overlooked a parking lot. The service ranged from unwelcoming at check-in to excellent during breakfast daily. The location was convenient with two pools, but the breakfast area was small and congested. The dining experience was good with decent options, but lacking in variety. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms offered an excellent view of the ocean and were clean and modern, although it was a bit disappointing that the side ocean view was actually on the other side of the hotel. On the downside, I could hear people moving around upstairs all night long.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel rooms were great and comfortable, just a stone's throw away from the beach with lovely balconies offering stunning ocean views. The service was top-notch, especially during a challenging situation with the evacuations due to Florence. The location was ideal with fantastic beach access and plenty of nearby dining options. Dining was delicious with a variety of choices. A truly memorable experience!
